Students Community
Our Students Community is a place where students can meet online, establish friendly relationships, share creative ideas and socialize.
You do not have to be our student to attend the Students Community meetings. The attendants may join us individually or may represent domestic and international youth organizations, with the idea of bringing people together through promoting cross-cultural activities. We stress on creative, friendly worldwide communication and acceptance of cultural differences.
The mission of the community is to-
- establish, develop and carry out international projects, programs or services to promote friendships between educated people, globally;
- share and disseminate knowledge about customs, traditions and lifestyles which are peculiar to different cultures;
- promote and foster effective cooperation between international youth and student organizations, student ministries, cultural associations, sports clubs, youth groups, etc;
- assist in organization of international online conferences, seminars, meetings, training sessions and other gatherings;
- provide opportunities for young people to get involved in various international programs and organizations.
Our Students Community attracts people and holds meetings via virtual classroom environment, which enables voice communication and type chat – the necessary conditions for convenient communication between distant participants. The main language of communication is English, but interpretation of particular discussions into other languages is possible.
To become the Students Community attendant, you need to apply for a monthly renewed membership, accept conditions and rules of behavior in our virtual community, and obtain login/password information to access the virtual Students Community room.
Our Students Community provides a friendly and relaxing environment for cross-cultural communication, where you can obtain information about various organizations, meet associates from all over the word or share ideas, problems and happiness.
The Students Community is a nonprofit organization that is entirely self supporting and receives no grants from any source. (Our membership fee pays the hosting of the site and chatroom).
